Every time I’ve done this, the cabbage behind hasn’t tried to overtake me again. They’ve hung back and followed me at the pace that I set until we go our separate ways. Every single time without fail.
When I see another wagon pop out from behind me, the foot comes off the gas as I hate the elephant race. Drives me mad when I’m a car sitting behind two clowns doing the same speed as each other trying to fight it out.

Quite frankly, I can’t understand why somebody who calls 90% of his own profession “cabbages” bothers to post on here at all!
Yeh but he has got a point don’t you think, although I would say it’s more like 30% to be honest, and cabbage is about right when you see some of their ‘driving’ displays.
The ones we are on about, and the ones that keep you out in the middle lane after you have pulled over to let them out, …yeh, cabbages is being kind to these ■■■■■■■ s.

Although I usually have plenty in reserve to cause these cabbages issues I rarely use it due to the effort / stress involved… I feel smug in the knowledge that a bit further up the road they will ■■■■ off someone else who will put some manners on them. 30% is quite accurate I think.
Don’t get me wrong I can be a very dangerous driver when needs must but old age has calmed me down a lot, in my 20 years ish + I have only deliberatley hit another vehicle twice- which I think is pretty good going.
