Does anyone use this to run there trucks.?
Apparently there’s a huge investigation into it all. As it’s meant to be used cooking oil.
But seems lot places are using fresh palm oil causing destruction to forests and not as green as they claim.
And places are using palm oil saying it’s green friendly etc when it’s not.
And no doubt claiming tax credits etc for being environmentally friendly and green when there not
They switched at ours in the last 6 months. As you say there will be some incentive.
They switched us over a few weeks back.
Notably, only the trucks can use it, the vans get a fuel card instead.
basically the same scam they’re running with biomass wood chippings.
Cutting down virgin forest and chipping it all, rather than the wastebits, because despite the high cost of lumber now, the damn credits they can sell on the market, plus the rebates they get paid on top of the actual sales cost, they make more money.
