Paul and his blonde wife lived in Vale.
One cold winter morning while listening to the radio, they hear the broadcaster announce, “We are going to have a heavy fall of snow today. Can all residents park their cars on the even numbered side of the street, so that the snowplough can get through”. Paul’s wife goes out and moves her car to the even numbered side of the street.
A week later, while they are eating breakfast, the radio announcer says, “We are expecting another heavy fall of snow today, can all residents park their cars on the odd numbered side of the street, so the snowplough can get through.”. So, Paul’s wife goes out and dutifully moves her car to the odd numbered side of the street.
The next week they are having breakfast again and the radio announcer says, “We are expecting yet another very heavy fall of snow today, can all residents park their cars…” then the electricity goes out. Paul’s wife says, “Honey, I don’t know what to do…”
Paul says, “Why don’t you just leave it in the garage this time.”
