Hi all,
I am new to the trucking game and was wondering if there was much more money to be made by working abroad ?
If anyone could give any examples of pay and where they travelled that would be really helpful.
Thanks very much.

Thanks for the reply mate.
Yup by large the craic has gone from the job over the years, as has the wages, there are a few still paying well ,but not many any more in part due to those companies from the EE undercutting rates
Driving over there is far better than over here, (witch the exception of a few places) it’s less stressful normally, plenty of decent Free parking places for your breaks/rest periods, as long as you don’t drive until silly o’clock times of the day,
As has been said, the only reason to do Euro work these days is because you love it.
I did it for about 18 years, and would still be doing it now if it wasn’t for my urge to spend more time at home. 3 weeks away and a few days off, then 3 weeks away again means you have to have a serious wanderlust.
I was happy enough with what I earnt at my last company, but I know a few drivers down here in sunny Devon who now earn more and are home every weekend.
