How long does a new tacho card take to come?

hi guys,

I sent off my tacho card application a few weeks ago (end of may) and I still havnt had it back yet. Is this a normal time to wait for it and has anyone else sent for one off and had it back quicker? I appreciate covid is going on but it says 15 days on the website and the dvlc just keep telling me that it could be another week or 2. thanks in advance

Depends on whether the DVLA ‘attendees’ are on a tea break, whinging, striking or working at their usual snail’s pace.
My tacho card took over three weeks to arrive back in March.
That said, my new licence arrived last week, just four working days after I passed my Class 1.
