Hi everyone this is confusing me so week i finished work at 23.30 on a friday, inhad saturday sunday and monday off totalling 85 hours rest. Now tachomaster has attached a 45 hour breack to the first week (saturday sunday) and does a reduced rest of 40 hours for last week… it would of been better for me if tacho did it the way around 40 hours break saturday sunday and straddled midnight and done a 45 hour break for last week.
Problem is ive reduced this week on tuesday, so i tried telling my work i need to be finished before midnight tonight to attach a 45 hour break to this week as you cant reduce weekly rest 2 weeks in a row.
Work are still expecting me to come in tomorrow.
I cant make sense of it why its done a reduced rest last week.
Nice one mate, theyve said to me they cant see why its gone down as a reduced and ive had it in writing if i work tomorrow and have another reduced this week they will take responsibility lol im sure they won’t pay no fines though.
They were trying to stand me down unpaid to begin with. . That saturday sunday and monday are my usual rest days, ive gone back 12 months through tacho and its never done a reduced.
Theyre gonna keep eye on it and see what happens after tomorrow
one of two things has happened either you went into work on your time off an put your card in for less than 31 seconds. or something isnt set right with their software…
in the last 12 months have you had a rest that has lasted more than 69 hours but less than 90 or 114…
I don’t regognise that screen you get, I thought it was from a PC until I looked closer (on an ipad?), on my phone the calendar view is much more basic.
For what it’s worth, I fond the app sometimes wrongly advises me that I need a full 45 upcoming, when I disagree and ignore it, nothing comes of it in the next week.
