How do you reverse one of these?

So, how do you reverse one of these onto a bay? Just wondered which way i would have to turn the wheel?

If someone ever said that being serious it would be just enough to give up the will to live.

the general idea is you reverse it like a rigid… you want to steer one way to get the front trailer to move so it kicks the back trailer in the opposite direction therefore unit and back trailer are goin the same way. So a friend in new zealand was telling me… it sounds easy on paper but he said its a right pain in the arse but im sure someone will be along to correct me

I was talking to a lad in Oz who drove a 5 trailer road train. He overshot a right turn by 50 yards and it took him 2 hours to back up that 50 yards

That would be a B train set up or an A train using dolly locks.Without dolly locks an A train would need similar steering inputs ( to start with ) as an ordinary artic.Although 3 trailers would probably tie themselves in knots before it got anywhere near a dock anyway so it would need to be uncoupled first and put each trailer on the dock seperately with or without dolly locks. Two trailers without dolly locks it maybe possible and a great challenge.

IMO .Carryfast is correct!.
A super B …,ie the 2nd trailer on the 5th wheel on the rear o the first …to reverse turn the wheel likeyou would a rigid but start of as near straight as ya can,and a little wheel movement at a time. the Visbeen outfit looks like its a 2A (convertor dollies ) and i recon end up in knots very easy.

Most people cant reverse one trailer aswell as that, let alone 3.

With great bloody difficulty I would imagine.
