How do you attach youtube video to a post?

Being new to this forum mallarky I have no idea how to attach things like you tube vids as i have found a very very cheesy recruitment video that needs seeing.
so any pointers would be welcome.

Paste the link, highlight it and click the video button

Find the youtube page with the video
Right click & Copy the http//: blah blah … link in the address bar at the top of the page

Or you can do it the easy way.

Go to grey box on you tube, click the URL box, then right click > copy, then back here

First type this > [ video ]( then right click paste vid here) [/video ]
I had to leave gaps to show you, but you must close them all up.

Then it will come out like this
