Some clarity please: I believe I can start work at 0415 tomorrow but my colleague has said I cant as I have used all my reduced this week. Im certain Im ok but he has placed a doubt there now. Starting at 0415 wouldnt be a reduced anyhow. Would it. Please help? Been a long day haha!

Tonight will be your third reduced daily rest. Therefore if you start at 04:15 on Friday you must be finished by 17:15.
You had a reduced daily rest Monday and Wednesday and it’s a reduced rest today even though you are planning to start 12 hours and 10 minutes after you finished today. That’s your lot until after your next weekly rest period so no more than 13 hour shifts until then.
