Where is junction 5 ■■? 
Junc 6 is where you join the A20 off the dijk top road (220).
Junc 5 should be where the 223 joins the A20 (straight across the dijk top road at the old toll house). However, according to Google maps, the A20 becomes a national road at junc 6. The junction numbers go up on the way into Rotterdam.
