Nearest village is Chale, but that is tiny! Could be Niton which is better known for the coastal radio station there.
Niton Radio closed in 1997

It is indeed Chale, the road is called The Terrace, and here’s a link:
I took the pic just past the concrete barrier in front of the red car in the pic.
The road ends right there at the barrier, because the rest of it has fallen down the cliff!!
