as any body got any pictures of there lorries. my dad Arthur cartwright drove for them in the 1960s .the good old days.
Which quarry was he based at? I worked for Allen’s at Hilton on the 60’s/early 70’s - we were contractors for Hilton Gravel.
There was a photo on here several years ago of a Hilton Gravel ready mixed concrete lorry with an Oldham address on the door - I will see if I can find it again.
