hi new to the forum so not shure if posting in the correct section 
my question is can you now drive a lgv2 on a psv license? or is this legislation coming into force? I have heard a few people say that this is either happened or is going to any clarification would be much appreciated thanks in advance

No you cannot drive a category 2 LGV on a PSV licence, nor are the regulations on that likely to change any time soon.
What is going to happen is that any driver with an auto licence in any of the B C or D categories can have them all in manual as long as they passed at least one of the tests in manual
