Can’t be true - everyone knows the Snoopers are infallible (you only have to read the posts on here to confirm this). You must have set it up incorrectly 
Double checked and it’s all set up fine. Weight, length, height etc. The route planning is total garbage, I’ve just input a simple destination and it’s taken me miles out of the way. I know for a fact that their isn’t any restrictions on this route and it’s 16 miles, for some reason the snooper sends me in the wrong direction with a route totalling 25miles.
It’s going back in the box and getting sent back.

Pretty much everything ProCab has to offer is available for free elsewhere (although they do supply it all in a convenient package). One thing it does NOT do though is to “upgrade” your car satnav - the thing will still route using exactly the same algorithms as it uses for car navigation, with no regard to the suitability of the roads for the larger vehicle. It’s all POI-based and relies on the driver avoiding the restrictions rather than giving him a route that avoids them in the first place.
HGV Solutions is effectively a one-man operation based in a residential property in Marlow. The guy is OK to deal with though. Best way to use ProCab is to have it installed on a truck Satnav such as the TomTom 5150…
