recently i have had to travel into the town of Harpenden in heartfordshire to deliver to a new customer in a 18t vehicle.i have been confronted by 7.5t weight restrictions with loading and access plates below on all routes into the town which is approx 6-7 miles inside the restricted area.the current route i have been taking is from J9 M1 A5138 then onto the B487 to the drop.At the entry to the A5138 their is a lorry ban 7.5t sign except for loading with a camera on entry. Can anyone advise me on continuing to use this route.
