Telematics systems (cameras specifically) included in trucks as part of an insurance policy?
Claims experience i.e resolution of claims?
Is there anything that you wish your current insurer could include / offer for you in your policy? (other than obviously reducing premiums!)
I asked for a quote last week. A lady started asking me some questions…
“what kind of goods will you carry in your van…?”
It’s not a van I replied. I have a tractor unit and I’m going to move various kinds of goods in containers.
“aha… How do you attach the container to your van…?”
It’s not a van… it’s a tractor… a semitrailer is attached to the tractor and the container is put on the semitrailer…
“so… does the container have wheels…?”
