Overnight parking £1.50 from pay and display machine. Floodlit and quiet. Short walk to city centre for scran and cider! 
There is a pub directly off that car park called the Oxford Arms, old fashioned type pub, decent pint, pool table etc 
Heading for Hereford on monday for a pick up first thing tuesday.Any of you guy’s know if the parking already mentioned is still available and if so, is it easy enough to find. cheers…
Head north out of town on the A49, Edgar Street.
Turn right immediately before the football ground, then turn left into the car park. You need £1.50 in change for a ticket from the machine.
HGV parking from 6pm 'til 8am, if I remember correctly. Might be busy during the day with cars depending on what’s on in town on Bank Holiday Monday, but you should be OK if you arrive after 5 ish.
Tuck yourself in at the far end down by the river and job’s a good 'un. Dead quiet and nobody bothers you.
As mentioned, loads of good pubs and eateries.
