This is my 38 week rolling shift. All shift are 9hrs and start at about 3am to 4.30am. The grey days are my rest day.

You need 2 days off together at least once every 3 weeks so those weeks where you have 2 days off together for 3 weeks in a row you could work the middle one as a extra day.
Does each week start on a Monday

Yeah I get 9 extra shifts. But the more I look at it the more I think I’m wrong. Just had a infringement for weekly rest. Did a extra shift and shouldn’t of done.

The EU regs fixed week is mon to fri and to be honest I cannot be bothered to re-arrange that many weeks so I can see what time off goes with what week

I’ve changed it to Monday to Friday. Black is where I think I can do extra shifts
You could also do one on week 7 and another on either wk 24 or 25 & wk 30 or 31 and one on wk 18 too,obviously you still need to have at least one day off per week every week.
