The amount they fine people for minor infringements is ludicrous… 3300 euros■■?

Is it even an infringement? Surely if this earlier driver’s card had been temporarily lost, that driver would have made the relevant explanatory printouts and kept them with him. All of which is nothing to do with smallp.
