Hey Guys, my Dad is a HGV driver and we Want to buy something that will enable him to watch British Channels while in Europe, the only problem is, I know nothing about Sattelite Dishes etc, I know a bit about the actual satalite stations and positions of the dishes etc, but I have no idea where to start or what to look for, any help is appreciated.

Maplins do a complete kit. Never tried it though.
I have that maxview kit that is linked above. Quite easy and quick to set up when you get the hang of it, I used to clamp mine onto the mirror arm with a carpentry G-clamp.
The further south you go, the less channels you get. If your in Northern Europe though then you will get quite a few channels. A mate of mine used the same box but used a second hand sky dish and got a better reception further south. You can get them cheaper than that, Aldi have them on offer from time to time for about £50. Ebay is cheap as well.
