Should I contact vosa explain what happened
Not sure what to do…
Thanks Scott

Do a printout, write it on the back and hand it to the Transport Office after 28 day

My advice to the op would be to get yourself a hobby other than putting up troll posts and then giggling like a schoolchild at the reactions you think you provoke. Imo it would be impossible to drive more than 3 feet with no card in before the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. So jog on sonny.

This incident is supposed to have happened 236 days ago so he is well past the 28 days to have a printout with him.

Well ive still got these old print outs should i hand them in or post them
i think firm has to keep them for 12 months might be wrong

If they’re 6 months old there’s no point in handing them in or posting them now, legally required printouts should have handed in within 42 days.

Out of interest why would you post them, don’t you work for the company any-more ?

no ive not worked for months now joined a fews agencys
still waiting for phone to wring lol
should i just bin them print outs what you think

If they’re legally required printouts to explain why you went over hours or anything like that I’d keep them for a couple of months more then bin them, but don’t bother sending them to your previous employer there’s no point.

Good luck with the job search

print outs from 18/aug/14 ive just kept them one for 6 mins over
they other for 4 mins it was agency work i know the companys
just trying to keep as legal as i can.

it makes you learn fast with all the mistakes people make
im defo learning its giving me sore head LOL

I once like a nupty stuck my analogue disc the wrong way around, I just filled it in manually including where my breaks where on the times, I am sure a digi has a facility for this if say the digi unit fails (still dive my old wagon so dont use digi much)

I once like a numpty put my card in the right way around…Christ!!! what a bollox of a shift that was…

Just bin them FFS and stop worrying

I cant believe no one has pointed out the only way this horror scenario will go away
Set fire to the truck, change your name and move.
If you don’t then DVSA will hunt you down quicker than Jack Bauer looking for a nuclear bomb and execute you without trial.

Well, some drivers would have you believe this to be true. A crime at the very worst end of the scale.

In all seriousness, there is nothing to worry about. your card does not show any infringments plus it was 6 months a go so it will never be found.

THANKS SNOWMAN
