Where possible our day drivers are planned to 11 hrs off…but seeing as we run a business that needs to be flexible to retain customers, thereby ensuring our drivers retain their jobs…sometimes the driver will need to reduce their rest…nothing illegal about doing it.
If drivers can’t handle that then maybe they need to consider alternative employment because the transport industry probably isn’t for them…

drivers can refuse 9 hr reduced rest to retain licence prevent cow boys like you forcing driver to drive half asleep putting people at risk
