I won’t go into details as this alleged incident is going to a disciplinary hearing. But a) does video /still photo evidence showing date/ time have to show correct details to be admissible ? B) the "invitation " to said hearing states that the person is able to bring a witness ,but this witness cannot be a company director ( the company ) or a union representative ■■? . I can’t see that being !egal.anyone know anything about that ? Ps it’s not me and the person concerned isn’t in a union anyway . Thanks in advance
Incorrect time/date stamp is irrelevant - all it needs is a statement explaining why the discrepancy (eg time/date incorrectly set or left at the factory defaults) and by how much it is wrong.
