Hi, new to hella 24v plugs. I’ve bought a hella to cigarette adapter, can I plug a normal 12v phone charger or 12v kettle into this without blowing my phone/kettle up. Only asking as I’ve been charging my phone using it and all seems fine but my mate told me I need a dropper
if its in a 24 volt socket then no you cant use 12 volt stuff, if in a 12 volt socket yes you can use 12 volt stuff.
most phone chargers will work fine in a 24v socket though
Some motors have a 12v and a 24v Hella
most phone chargers and sat nav chargers are 12/24v
if your kettle is 12v, depends on how much you like it

Get a kettle with 12/24v plug it in to 24v it boils a little quicker
