If it’s a Poden, it must be Portugal. Is the English meaning of the original printable here, perhaps by leaving a strategic letter space?

Foden is a rude word in Portuguese, but don’t know which one. I’ll ask my neighbour, he is French but speaks Portuguese as his parents came from there and, if he doesn’t know, than I could ask them as they live in the next village. Maybe his Dad rather than his Mum, just in case I shouldn’t be using it to a lady. 
The bloke on top might be the wire man, perhaps he can’t get down as he is looking a bit disappointed about missing the photo op. 
I wonder if they leave the poor bloke up there when they dive into a bar.

The Vauxhall Nova was called the Opel Corsa in other markets.
Nova might be new and starry to us Anglophones, but no-va is no-go to Latin based languages. Not much good for a car name.
Got there myself as well. Actually it is a verb, foder, so it is not in itself rude but they perhaps thought some would think that the ‘n’ of Foden was an ‘r’. Fode would be I assume the first person singular I suppose ie I f***.
Bit puzzled by the mist though. My translator does not make it manure or similar, but ‘nebel’. Again not in itself rude but possibly has bad connotations in Germany because there was a decree in the '30s made by Hitler called ‘nacht und nebel’ which literally means ‘night and mist/fog’.
This referred to the state disappearances of opponents to the ■■■■ (national socialist) regime, never to be seen again.
Big sigh, yet another example of the kiddieisation of this once much loved site. ■■■■ means N azi, that’s all. For goodness’ sake. 
Get a grip admin.
