DIG:
I missed this unit originally but spotted it when revisiting earlier photos on the thread,I believe its an Oshkosh pictured in Sarens fleet.
Oshkosh were built by Caterpillar with a similar look to this unit in the late 60s although this is the first 6wheel drive one I have seen.
Would I be right?
Cheers Dig

MOL is a Belgian manufacturer of heavy-haulage trucks and other special equipments. They took over Willème-PRP in 1978-79, which explains this tractor seems to have the Pelpel cab as the Willèmes. molcy.com/en/

Cheers Froggy, didn’t know that MOL took over the Willeme operations…
DeanB - I really appreciate you scanning the articles and posting them on here. Really nice to see how things have changed. I “blame” the whippersnapper for getting me more interested in the heavies. Maybe, I should be grateful because it is rather an interesting part of haulage.
Regards
Johnny
Zwagerman, a well known Dutch heavy haulage specialist, had several depots in Holland and one in France, they ceased trading in the early 90’s, but the name was still being used by various others, due to the fact that name itself was a synonym to heavy haulage… They’ve been back for a wee while now, firing on all cilinders…

Who’s the “whippersnapper”? [emoji38] [emoji38]
Some young geezer who is passionate about heavy haulage. Rumor has it that he also knows a thing or two about the industry [emoji1] [emoji1]
