Speak to the consultant nicely and ask ? , in theory nearly every heart problem would result in a temporary removal of all LGV and PSV groups, and two weeks with no car driving is normal straight after any proceedure. ( surprised the GP didn’t bring this up and cause you problems in the first place )
To get licences back you would need your consultant on side and get through the ministry doctors medical and physical…Best of Luck.
I lost out totally because of the severity of my problems and now am not even allowed to drive a puddle jumper !
If nobody asks you may " get away with it" …but its curtains if you have an accident and the law finds out, they will land on you very very hard.

If its emergency work and is carried out pretty quickly, you will have clocked up the required period of convalescence and been given the all clear to drive by your cardiac consultant long before the DVLA get round to taking any action.
If the consultant informs them he is happy for you to drive they will probably go with what he says in the interim, but they will want to see all Doctors notes and results of any exercise tests for their ‘‘experts’’ to peruse before they ultimately make their mind up  .
