It says ‘Memo to all drivers’ (I interpreted that to outside drivers) & there was a pile of them, so yes, I did happen to mix it in with my paperwork. 
That’s OK - I just won’t put my orange plates up…
they are more than welcome to have a paddle in some 1830 to make sure its nice and secure in my tank
