Just wondering has anybody heard of a training company call Career Startr Ltd which also offer Other courses non hgv related and help you get a job too ■■
Sounds like a broker or worse a scam.

Career Startr Ltd seems to be a cross between a money lender and training broker, they appear to be partnered with 3 employment agencies so if they’ve told you they can find you a job it’s probably agency work and won’t be guaranteed work.
Personally I’d stay well clear of them mate.

Just like you I at first assumed it was a spelling mistake in the OPs post and searched for Career Starter Ltd and got to the same page as you did 
The company is actually called Career Startr Ltd
Don’t think that’s the correct site… careerstartr.com
Driver Hire agency good luck with that one lol I didn’t have a good experience with them

Agreed mate, you’re quite right.
I couldn’t comment on their ability to find you a job, but their finance could seem a little expensive to some people.

It doesn’t look like a scam but it doesn’t look like a HGV training company either, they will almost certainly act as brokers and fix you up with a training company of their choice.
If you can get your deposit back or cancel it you’d do better to go direct to a HGV training company, just about everyone here would advise you to go to one or two HGV training companies for a driving assessment, a lot of training companies will give you a free assessment and you get to meet the people you’re dealing with.
100% agree I ve gone with a broker and I m seriously wondering what half of my price actually is I reckon if I d done it myself booking theory’s and the such I could be in for around £1200ish
