Is it ok to park in the fish market or will I have to go else where and Is there shower here for drivers or is it just for staff ?

Not been there as a driver but a good few times by sea…
Its a ****hole area. There were always trucks parked up around the area and I think if you head around towards the marina side there is some sort of security there now.
Also might be worth dropping into the marina yacht club (called the Humber Cruising Association) and asking them if they mind you using the facilities. They are (were) a friendly helpful bunch with cheap (very cheap) bar prices, and have reasonable shower facilities.
The money they generate from the club/bar goes towards reducing their mooring costs so they (did) welcome visitors.

Cleethorpes (about 2 miles away, adjacent to the railway station) is free for trucks overnight. 200 yards to pubs, takeaways, Sainsburys etc.
