Good luck but my only advice would be not to rush into getting a driver. Good or bad most of them will ■■■■ you over for a few quid and have no loyalty whatsoever. I know of plenty of good companies who have brought to their knees by ■■■■■■■ drivers. Better do most of the work yourself and sub other work you can’t manage.
Plambert has made a good point about dishonest drivers, I have met many that would boast of their antics and took pride in ripping off their bosses .
