why do some candidates on there test place there gloves on the fuel tank when they uncouple?
They want to get grease all over their hands?
I couldn’t get the dog clip open with gloves on, and the fuel tank is a handy place to put them.
If I remember right you uncouple first, so when you pull forward afterwards you need to remove your gloves before getting into the cab.

Are you getting paranoid or what?
First you tell us you’ve visited the Test Centre and now it seems you’ve ensconced yourself up some tree in camouflage gear, with a flask and a bag of butties, looking down with binoculars.
Take another Valium and chill out.
I know it’s a lot of money to shell out and that you want to do well, but my best advice at this stage is to read and learn the Highway Code. Particularly anything relating to Turns, Junctions, Roundabouts, Signals, Use of Lanes, Road Signs, which basically means the whole lot.
Best of luck.
Agree.

I agree. On my second class 2 test i was spending so much time worrying about the the correct use of my gears which i had problems with on my first test that i forgot about basic rules of the highway code and failed on the most basic of things such as blocking a keep clear box, things which i never do as a driver normaly

So they can become real truckers by losing them when they leave them there & drive off.

You know the amount of times I’ve done that. Especially when you just bought a new pair, hardly even got any grease on them. It ■■■■■■ me off

I usually find they fall out from beside the drivers seat, so I end up at the end of a job with only one glove!!! Arco make a fortune out of me buying gloves!!!
