Loads! I think only 3 or 4 run transport companies though. All around Cheltenham area.

there’s several, and you’re right , they don’t get on !!
Gordon and Edward both run livestock wagons, iirc theres also one doing sales/repairs. Not sure how many others there are !
There’s 4, 2 do livestock, 1 has tankers/lowloaders and 1 deals in scrap/truck sales. They all seem to buy/sell trucks.
I worked for William Gilder on tankers and low loaders he buys and sells farm equipment and truck too
Peter Gilder buys and sells and exports trucks
Gordon and Graham do livestock and curtains
Edward does fridges and bits and pieces
They all seem to agree on a Scania though.
There are 4 brothers Gordon,Graham,Peter,William . Joe & Edward are nephews.
Gordon runs livestock, fridges, low loaders and tauntlines
Graham runs livestock
Peter buys and sells
William runs tankers, low loaders, hire and buys and sells
Joe is in to scrap & Edward runs livestock and fridges
Thanks for answering boys,knew I’d seen tauts,tankers,fridges and livestock trailers. Just wondered how many there were. 6 of them all doing their own thing,blood may be thicker than water but obviously not thicker than a wad of £20’s 
I only ever knew Graham, Gordon & Peter as Brothers, I’d assumed the others were their sons. I also met their father who was a nice man, that was back in the 60s when the biggest lorry they had was a 6 wheeler. There was enough cattle markets in the counties surrounding Gloucestershire to keep them busy in those days. How things have changed over the years.
