Thought I’d share some info some of my fellow Welsh people might find useful.
There’s a scheme in Wales called the PLA (Personal Learning Account) and it helps people improve their employability by paying for courses. It’s not especially well advertised but I stumbled across it and thought I’d share in case it helps. There’s driving ones, CPC and ADR through some of the colleges in the area. I think others in the north might have similar but I haven’t checked. There’s some criteria you have to hit but it’s geared pretty favourably.

From what I can gather the criteria changes on the 1st of august so best to get the ball rolling pronto if it’s something that you’d benefit from.
