I’ve just been offered a job as a F/T ADR driver, started as self employed on first two runs for a fixed price but the contract is significant and ongoing so they want me on the staff
Job will involve 1 regular European run per week over 2.5 days or approx 60hrs (3 nights) time away from home (sat pm until Tues am) with one/two UK days with one possible night out on a weds/thurs
Jobs may also be available in the future to Europe for up to a week at a time. Job is on 7.5t but may include class 2
Work is clean and is loading bay to loading bay on pallets
I think he’s inquiring as to what sort of salary he should be commanding on a 7.5t, ADR job with occasional runs on Class 2. Further to this, there are likely to be common trips to Europe which will include regular nights away.
Thus, given the information above, what should he expect to be paid as a salaried, full-time driver?

Isn’t there ■■■■ loads of other variables such as base location etc…
or tax swindled
