Will he be selling them at Gaydon at the weekend?
Robert
If you want a copy you will have to phone Robin.
Alex
To the best of my knowledge he is scheduled to be there. I would think you could get his book there. Give him a ring first.
Thanks! If he’s there I can have a look first. I have never bought a book on spec: I always like to have a thumb through first to see if there’s anything in it to interest me. That’s why I rarely by a book online and why I never subscribe to truck magazines. I’m happy to stand in Smiths and see what I want. I suspect that this is how pensioners normally choose books and magazines . Robert
They had most of Pulleyns second hand trailers So what you might say ,well nothing, however, it was strange following one of your old trailers you used to pull .i hope his book does well.if it is on Kindle i will have one .
Robert i was always like you regarding buying books and never buy a used one, but now ,it has took time, i buy all my books on line to read on kindle ,they do not take up any room ,your Library is at instance touch…i still walk round all the book stores, flick through ,see what i want ,go home and but on line … after writing down the authors information down.

Second-hand books are fine, because not only can you preview them but they’re cheap too! Kindle is no good to me because you can’t preview the books, unless of course the book just happened to be in print first. Unfortunately, most of the kindle truck books are not available in print so I don’t even consider them. Robert
Robin has just told me his book will be on sale at the CVRTC stall.

Brilliant - thanks! Robert
Don’t forget to ask for pensioner discount.
That is easy Mike. He just has to show his pensioners bus pass!
David
You just have to look at him and you see that he’s past his sell by date[like most of us].
i wonder if we will get a special OAP DCPC card.

Well I am coming, but chance of being allowed pocket money is not good!
To the best of my knowledge Steve Wimbush and the CVRTC stand will be inside, somewhere near the top of the esclators.
Do any of the regular M40 Drivers know if J12 will be open in the morning please?
