well it was for me any road
Pulled in there at 23.15 pitch black dark
Saw no where to park as it looked full so had a walk round
saw a caravan in the corner (looked like the security man) but the light was in but no one was in so carried on walking around the site
Got to the back end and found somewhere to park; sill no sing of the security guard though
So parked up and went into the shower block for a wash
it was a porter cabin weighting to be bull-dozed down with a sledge-hammer
But at leat it was open all the time and all though it was cold in there the pressure was not great but the shower water was actully was hot!
Then onto the toilet block which has a sing up in there saying “before you bed down for the night please make sure you have payed for your parking as we would hate to wake you”
Like where would you like me to pay sir?
Any road fresh as a pink panthers bottom back to my cab to carry out my domestic duites for a couple of hours before I bedded down
Had my light on with the curtain open and still no sing of the guard
(At least my light was on but someone was in)
So time to truckup for the night and woke up at 8.30 and nearly all the trucks where gone and no stickers on my windscreen demanding a ransum
So wondered off to the toilet and low and behold in the far yonder I could see a bomb fire inside an oil drum next to a caravan with a man in a high viz winter jacket stood next to it rubbing his hands trying to keep warm
So I plodded on as though nothing had happened
Off I went back in my cab and drove off never to be seen again 
So to sum it all up
Another truck stop that charge for parking (or at least try to) and offer no over night security
But there are planty of there little st holes about that charge the same rates as the crendel la crem (red lion, stock yard, A1 juntion29) but dont offer the same facilitys or even secure parking
So next time Im passing the fox inn after kicking out time (10.30 
LOL) think I will just park up there anyroad as the shower/ toilet block is allways open
As they dont have a security guard ever
But she did say (when bowsting aboout it at the bar) they had a spanish bread rock viller bull dog thingy that beat up 3 police men)
All I can say is shame the dog was asleep in there the same time I was sleeping in my cab otherwise breakfast would be off

Could you provide any pictures of this Spanish Bread Rock Viller Bull Dog Thingy , sounds a bit different . It BEAT UP three Policeman , & then you go on to say they charge you to park & have no security . Sounds like the dog , whatever he is does a pretty good job , all on his own .

Hang on its a company account that doesn’t cost you a penny, it just gets worse.
To be fair the facilities ain’t that great at Welford but their good enough for a lot of drivers like me who support it. Get there before 8pm and the foods tasty / healthy and low fat as theres so much grease on it that its in one end out the other in the blink of a ringpiece.
