got a truck nav cant remember the password and user name for it it was free map update i think can any one help

not sure its the navipros software if that helps its the instructions how do do it im really stuck on
ID pnavi password 12890780 , I got instructions from " kate " (on here ) I no longer have them as I couldn’t understand them (its a age thing ) and passed the sat nav and instructions to one of the kids and got it back updated . hope this helps
