Looks more like kids dropped a rock off a bridge.
An eagle or an emu. Maybe a swan.
The driver will be extremely lucky if after being convicted of driving a vehicle in a dangerous condition he/she is not invited for tea and biscuits with the TC 
If that was caused by a bird strike there would be blood and feathers everywhere, so unless the driver has had time to clean it off then continue driving it hasn’t been done by a bird hitting the windscreen 
When I was working on the Hovis contract my mate had a goose go through the screen, the head and neck punched through the glass like a dart and the body caved in the screen, he suffered cuts and bruises from the glass and impact. Deffo new underwear for him

Why o why didn’t the driver just stick his hazard lights on stop and refuse to carry on untill it was sorted
Got to be committed to keep on driving that lol. Reminds me of watching one of Neds videos from a few years back i think and he was belting on with a full crack on the windscreen, or at least it looked like it
That came up on my phone the other day, I just looked at the pic briefly, without reading the details thinking,
‘Oh so some busybody #### has reported him for driving a short distance to somewhere suitable or somewhere to park’
Because I just readily assumed it was a left hooker.
I wouldn’t have thought anybody would be stupid enough to drive a rhd like that.
