Well it did sell and I think that somebody got themselves a bargain, oh if I only had room…and time…and an understanding missus…

My Dad used to buy those ex -army ,take the V8 petrol out and put a diesel in then put a tipper body on complete with ‘greedy boards’ .Ive done few miles in those with my Dad delivering coal from Barnsley …those really were the days.

I thought that too, not that good of a job on them either , you could see the studs at the side that had gone rusty

Hiya it dose sound odd BUT. i poped into a trimmers the other day… before i said anything, he said not
