Ford Transcontinental

This is the first truck I ever owned, and it arrived in part exchange for a debt from a London based haulier.I put it to work on a regular Italian job I had, which it handled with ease.I recall changing the brakes on the back axle which proved to be problematic, and the iffy 12v electrics.I sold it on after a couple of months to the driver in fact, who then proceded to approach my agents in Prato (Meoni) and worked for them direct which annoyed me as I had let him run on my license and permits and let him have time to pay. What goes round comes round however,I believe he cooked it coming up the Blanc shortly afterwards and lost everything,I was also pleased to hear his wife was being regularly serviced by a local HGV mechanic while he was away.So if you read this Jim,you still owe me 1500 big ones

Even in black/white Ken Trowells wagons still looked smart!

Revenge is best served cold!..poor guy,he couldn’t get it up from Italy for the Boss or customer…couldn’t get it up properly for his wife either…while he was putting a piston in the ■■■■■■■■■■■ ■■■■■■■ man was putting a piston in the wife…

That guy on the battery box is keeping a good hold of his manhood…afraid of getting an electric shock I suppose…although with Transcon electrics you’d never know…
