Providing no laws are broken and your contract is not being breached then = yes they can rota you to do so
Ultimately it is down to you because nobody can force you to do anything

No-one can make you work more than 13h.
But there are plenty of people who are willing to.
So, provided you feel safe enough to, and have the legal hours to, then get on with it
