im a bit confused,can u do 3 x 10,s in fixed week ie mon to sun nite if you have had weekly rest midweek,or am i right in thinking the weekly rest dont make any difference??

You can legally have two 10 hour driving shifts in a fixed week.
You’re correct that the weekly rest period makes no difference though.
