they get away with it because fortunately for some,knowing and proving are two different things…no doubt they tried to put the fire out by throwing all the tacho download computers and storage onto the 1st skip that went up…

That would just fan the flames surely? Best place for it all though…
The mbt down the road from me is always catching fire but nothing ever happens about it.
The site serv ltd lot who appear have suffered a fire in 2013, went bust owing millions and moved all waste to another site nearby owned by same guy (slightly diff company name). That then goes up in 2014 and goes bust owing money. 200 people seem to have lost their job although 80 got one at new site no doubt until that went bust.
Now it appears the same lot goes up again no doubt owing money with a new company…hmm.
