Do you get an instant fine for these ? Are they set fines ?
Any other fines that I’ve never been aware of that could have been a genuine mistake or just never got caught

is that £60 a turn on fast wind or slow wind? I think your being wound up there is a big memo notice on the wall about this at Fowler Welchski but nobody could answer the if its slow or fast wind
