Has anyone been issued with a ludicrously high fine for offences discovered in member EU states, if the answer to this question is yes, have a look at this site, it gives you the opportunity to complain by giving details which can then be followed up (allegedly).

I doubt anyone on this site has been fined excessively for any reason. I suspect they may have paid a deposit to a court to hear the evidence. In reality, most drivers just accept what they were told and pay up.
