since passing my class 2 in july 2012 after some up & downs I kept at it & I have now found a job starting on monday
so no more agency ■■■■
the best advise I can give anyone is to keep chipping away no matter how dark it gets at time you will break thru

I understand your frustration. Larger companies can sometimes appear to be disorganised to the folk on the ground. Often it’s because of the amount of work they’re having to cope with. And sometimes it’s because they ARE disorganised!
Wincanton is a very large employer in the sector; I would be surprised if they are really disorganised. Take a deep breath and practice patience. That’s the best advice I can give you.
I’m sure it will come right in the end.
