Can you stop for diesel after you get of the boat before finding a place to park for the rest of daily rest or are you just allowed to stop once to park ■■?
Could say the same if you got stopped by customs ect, the rules as far as i’m aware say that you can drive upto 1hr in total
Yep no problem.
As long as you only interrupt the rest no more than twice and for no more than 1 hour it is fine. Of course you must still get the full 11 hours of rest within the 24 hour period.

that’s not quite correct !!
you can interrupt your rest period twice, the total time allowed is up to 1 hour, but that is for ALL activities i.e driving and other work, here is the exact wording from the regulations below…
- By way of derogation from Article 8, where a driver
accompanies a vehicle which is transported by ferry or train,
and takes a regular daily rest period, that period may be
interrupted not more than twice by other activities not
exceeding one hour in total. During that regular daily rest
period the driver shall have access to a bunk or couchette.
