If I was there I would love it. Don’t get drunk and drive though. I don’t know about other states but in NY now, if your stopped driving a car and are just within the legal limit, … no charges !
If you are stopped in your car but you have a CDL licence … the limit is halved so you loose your licence, over here drink driving is a federal offence, so if you are a resident alien (green card or visa holder) you get depoerted with no return for 10 years.
