Extreemely stupid people!

Today at 1.00pm eastern time I tuned in, as I always do given the chance to โ€˜Car Talkโ€™ on Public Radio, it is always quite amusing because the silly pointless questions people ask     Today I heard what has to be the stupidest person yet.

He called to ask a question about his new car, which he has now owned for 5 weeks, the car has a 6 speed gear box and wondered when he should use 6th speed

After some questioning by the hosts (under muffled laughter) it turned out that in all that time of ownership he still hadnโ€™t used 6th gear because he hadnโ€™t gone over 70 mph

I love Car Talk. I first heard it on American forces radio while on a run in Germany. Had me in fits of laughter. Always listened to it. Will have to send more money to Sirius, since they have it on that, and I canโ€™t get NPR up here without it.

If you can get North Dakota public radio, they play it at noon on Saturdays. NDPR used to have pretty good coverage.

Where I was in ND, I listened to it on MNPR, from Thief River falls, but I canโ€™t pick that up this side of the border. Roll on a truck to put my sirius in I guessโ€ฆ
